Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the installation of private 5G networks for our clients. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and develop project plans and timelines accordingly
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and issue logs
- Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet the client’s expectations
- Monitor and control project risks and issues, and take corrective action as necessary
- Manage project team members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure successful project completion
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, issues, and risks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as appropriate
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in the installation of private 5G networks or similar telecommunication technologies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and timelines, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
